Plain and simple: Kimberly knows what she’s doing, and she puts high energy into doing the whole job the right way. She consistently goes beyond normal expectations for project completion and customer service. Working with Kimberly was a rewarding learning process, as she helped me to understand and undertake the next logical steps in promoting my work.

I’m a freelance editor, a poet and a writer with a sincere desire to create a higher profile for my services and my work in our virtual world with awareness and communication significantly driven by social media. I asked Kimberly to create a website for me to kickstart a serious commitment to my marketing initiative. She did it—and that was just the start of what she’s continuing to do for me.

She’s completely savvy about the “backend” of website design, interfacing an actively-managed website with the popular social media channels like Facebook and Twitter, and monitoring the performance of blog and website posts for maximum exposure to potential viewers and prospective clients. Kimberly is showing me how to pack a productive punch into my website content with her regular feedback and (when I need it) gracious and effective handholding. She’s teaching me how to create and modify my website postings to get optimal impact. Kimberly works at the edge of current technology and social media usage—she makes many thoughtful suggestions for improvement, and is respectful about a few of the things I’d rather not do. She’s also doing her programming magic in the background to make my work easier and to maximize my interaction with internet heavyweights like Amazon and Goodreads.com and Medium.com.

Kimberly designed and built the website I wanted, and then expanded my horizons to show me how to make it work for me in ways that I hadn’t imagined. It’s a great platform for my poetry and my other interests. I’m going to publish my first book of poetry soon, and her name is going to be on the dedication page.

Sincerely,
