Testimonial by Wardco Studios & Author Ward Kelley

To Whom It May Concern:

In 2014 my webmaster passed away, so I googled for this service locally, and found Kimberly Hargis. She drove to my office in Greencastle to consult on what I wanted for building a new writing website. Over the following month, she constructed a new, and better, website (wardkelley.org), and quickly launched it. She also performs marketing for the site.

In early 2015, I started a venture with a local musician to create songs from my poetry; and we decided to do a video. I learned Kimberly also creates videos, and within a month she and her husband Jim consulted on the project, found locations, shot the video, made it viewer-ready, and published it on YouTube and various music sites. She also does the marketing for this project.

As they say, the proof is in the pudding: to date the Ward Kelley (my pen name) site had over 1800 views (an extraordinary number for a poetry site), and the video, as of today is at 2236 views (she published the video only 1 month ago). She also constructed a website for the video (donwhitaker.org), a Facebook page, a twitter format, and various other internet means to market the video.

Besides her technical expertise, Kimberly’s strongest trait is her accessibility and communication. She emails me daily, takes meetings readily, and is always available for phone calls, including after business hours (we spoke on the phone at 8pm last night). Another of her strong points is her marketing creativity; she is constantly thinking of new ways to drive traffic to the site. Where publishing a website or video is one thing, the potential for great success lies in the marketing efforts, a skill exemplified by Kimberly.

I particularly enjoy our semi-monthly meetings with her at the Mayberry Café, where she presents analytics on the sites, discusses creative efforts, and answers questions about the sites. She is very easy to work with, and adept at changing and adapting to our creative whims.

I heartedly recommend her to you.

Sincerely,
Pat Kelley
